The restored konak, which now melts in with the Mardin silhouette, consists of 2 single rooms and 8 luxury double rooms, three of which are suites. To preserve the memory of the Artukid Dynasty, each room in the Selçuklu Konak is named after the great Artukid sultans who ruled and served in these lands.
Originally from Oghuz Turks, Artukids ruled in Mardin between 1102-1409. During their rule of 307 years, they have greatly contributed to the city in terms of politics, science, economy and architecture. The mosques, madrasahs, kulliyahs, caravanserais and palaces they have built brought city planning, architecture, and art to their finest. Furthermore, the libraries they have built and their collections showed their great respect for knowledge.
Erdoba offers accommodation set in a restored traditional konak, typical of Mardin historic centre. It features free Wi-Fi, a panoramic terrace and a 24-hour reception desk.
Each of the air-conditioned rooms at the Erdoba Evleri Selcuklu Konagi features walls with natural stone, high vaults and marble floors. They include a very spacious lounge area with flat-screen TVs and deluxe bathrooms.
Guests can enjoy a fusion of Turkish food from the Mardin province, influenced by flavours and spices of neighbouring Syria.
Popular attractions nearby the Erdoba Evleri Selcuklu Konagi hotel include Melikşah Grand Mosque and Meryemana Church, both in the historical Ulucami Districts.Book NowAvailable RoomsShow PricesFacilitiesShow Map
